A: Trauma, anxiety, depression, Autism/ASD, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ related issues, gender and sexual/affectional minorities, all relationship structures, and interpersonal related issues.

Q: What modalities or approaches do you use?

A: Trauma-informed care, mind-body practices, affirmative therapy, intersectionality theory, neurodiversity and acceptance perspectives. Amelia also enjoys using creative interventions, such as art and music, during the therapy process.

Q: How often do we meet for teletherapy? 

A: You and Amelia will decide this together based on what works for you. Some people benefit from meeting every week, while others benefit from meeting every other week or even once a month. This may change over time.

A: Amelia provides teletherapy services to adults who live in the state of Ohio and Kentucky.

Q: Where will I go for my appointment? 

A: All services are provided online via secure video or phone, so you can meet from the comfort of your home. Amelia asks that all clients find a safe space to meet for their sessions where their privacy will be protected.

Q: Do you offer reduced rates? 

A: Amelia offers reduced rates on a limited basis based on space. Please reach out to Amelia via email if you are interested in the reduced rates.
